Luxury villa, 500 m Sant Pol beach, Sagaro. Fully renovated, located in one of the most prestigious areas of the Costa Brava - S'Agaró, just 500 meters from the unique and beautiful beach of Sant Pol. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for holidays in family and is within walking distance of all services.

The house has a total area of ​​about 250 m2 and is divided into 3 floors:

1st floor: entrance hall, through which you can go directly to the kitchen or living room, living room with dining room and access to a large sunny terrace with direct access to the pool, fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 spacious double bedrooms (one of them with own dressing room), a large bathroom with bathtub and shower and a guest toilet.

2nd floor: large master bedroom with built-in wardrobe and desk, bathroom with shower, large solarium overlooking S´agaró.

Basement: study with its own bathroom and a small equipped kitchen, games room, laundry, additional bathroom with shower, sports area with table tennis, bicycles and an exercise machine. From the basement there is direct access to the pool.

The villa has a flat garden of 1000 m2 with an 8x4 pool, rest area and patio with barbecue. There is also room to park 2 cars. The garden is surrounded by a high green fence that provides absolute privacy.

S’Agaró is a luxury residential area located in the heart of laqa Costa Brava, between the towns of Sant Feliu de Guíxols and Playa de Aro.

S’Agaró has two main beaches: Sa Conca and San Pol, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava. Sa Conca is even officially considered one of the best beaches in Europe, surrounded by beautiful houses between pines and rocks.

The beach has all the services: bathrooms, showers, Red Cross, bars, sun beds and umbrellas for rent, playgrounds, adaptation for people with disabilities. Cafes and restaurants serving Mediterranean cuisine are located on the beach promenade of Sant Pol.

Guests of S’Agaró should definitely visit the promenade of Cami de Ronda. The 1.8 km long route is immersed in vegetation and has several viewpoints with spectacular views of the sea and the landscape of the Costa Brava.

House rules:
1. Groups of young people under 25 years of age are accepted only with positive evaluations and providing an additional guarantee of 2000 Euros.
2. The number of people staying in the establishment cannot exceed those indicated in the advertisement.
3. Please respect the rest of the neighbors from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The property reserves the right to evict guests in case of receipt of complaints from neighbors.
4. No loud music and/or noise is accepted for 24 hours.
5. Please use electricity and water responsibly. If you are going to leave the accommodation for a long time, do not forget to turn off the air conditioning and lights.
6. Garbage must be deposited in authorized containers located according to the plan that you will find in the house. The time to deposit the garbage is from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
7. The cost of the final cleaning does not include washing the dishes or taking out the garbage. In case of non-compliance with this rule, 50 Euros will be deducted from the deposit.
8. The common areas may be used at the times established by each community.
9. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. You can smoke in the outside areas.
