House rules:
1. Groups of young people under 25 years of age are accepted only with positive evaluations and providing an additional guarantee of 400 Euros.
2. The number of people staying in the establishment cannot exceed those indicated in the advertisement.
3. Please respect the rest of the neighbors from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The property reserves the right to evict guests in case of receipt of complaints from neighbors.
4. No loud music and/or noise is accepted for 24 hours.
5. Please use electricity and water responsibly. If you are going to leave the accommodation for a long time, do not forget to turn off the air conditioning and lights.
6. Garbage must be deposited in authorized containers located according to the plan that you will find in the house. The time to deposit the garbage is from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
7. The cost of the final cleaning does not include washing the dishes or taking out the garbage. In case of non-compliance with this rule, 50 Euros will be deducted from the deposit.
8. The common areas may be used at the times established by each community.
9. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. You can smoke in the outside areas.
