The apartment is in a recently built building, located in an apartment complex with communal area, garden and pool. The apartment has an area of about 75 m2 and has 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds), 2 bathrooms (1 is suite), living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, hall, a full bathroom with bathtub and a sunny terrace. There is a parking space available on request in the building. Air conditioning, internet wi-fi.

Guests will have access to the communal area and the pool.

The apartment is located in the Fenals area. It is a very quiet area and perfect for family vacations. It has a very complete infrastructure: restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, playgrounds, transport stops and multiple entertainment venues. It is 15 minutes walk from the town center and its nightlife, for those who want to go out for a fun and enjoyable time. A few meters away are the Fenals and Sa Boadella beaches, recognized as one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava.

It is very easy to move around the town and towards other towns of the Cosa Brava or larger cities such as Barcelona or Girona. We will provide you with information about urban and intercity buses, taxi, car rental or transfer services.
